Vehicle Detail

For Your Consideration Is My 1987 Oldsmobile Cutlass Salon SE(Special Edition). With 442 Badging And Appearance Package. I Purchased This Car About 6 Years Ago From The Second Owner Who Never Drove It And Stored It Since 1998. From The Day I Brought It Home I Started Going Over It Mechanically.I Started By Draining All Fluids In The Radiator-Engine-Transmission And Rearend.I Replaced All Filters And Put Synthetic In The Rearend. All 4 Shocks And Breaks Where Replaced Whether They Needed It Not.I Just Needed Piece Of Mind. I Upgraded The Drive Train By Adding A Hotter Accell Ignition,Along With An Edelbrock Intake And AVS Carb. Then Proceeded To Install Headers And Had My Local Exhaust Experts Do A True 442 Dual Exhaust With Glasspack Mufflers. It Truly Sounds Like A Muscle Car Should. After Replacing The Headliner And Sunvisors,I Spent Quite Sometime Locating A Few Missing Knobs And Interior Emblems That Were Either Missing Or Faded. Once I Had All The Mechanical And Interior Work Complete.I Then Transported The Car To Gill's Auto Restoration For The Overall Paint. Mr.Gill Stripped The Entire Car Down To Bare Metal Also Removing The Hood,Decklid,And Doors. The Color Black From The 99 Trans Am Was Chosen,As Well As The Lower Silver Color. There Was Not Any Rust Issues,Just Some Mild Pitting That Had To Be Skimmed Over And Prepped. The Gold Stripe Kit Is A Factory Kit,Not Aftermarket.Attention To Detail Was Maintained As The The Emblems In The Tailights Are New As Well As All Chrome In The Front And Rear Bumper Mouldings. This Car Was Delivered To The Dealer With The Rear Spoiler(wing). But I Bought The NEW Hurst Olds Hood Scoop For The Front,As Well As The Center Mouldings And Insulator. This Car Has All The Options Plus A Few Extras As A True 442.But As You May Know,True 442's Do Not Have Chrome Bumpers,Or The Hood Scoop Or Rear Wing. All The GM G Body Cars Are The Same With Only Differences In Exterior Appearence.Just Remember,This Is A Salon SE,It Is A Step Up From A 442. I Do Have The Original 14' SSII Wheels With New Kelly Charger Radials,And All Other Original Items I Upgraded. These Are Also Included To The Winner. It Is In My Opinion That This One Of A Kind Olds Is Truly A Georgeous Automobile. I Have Many More Pictures Upon Your Request Including Before-During- And After. I Encourage Potential Buyers To Ask Questions,And If You Would Prefer A One On One Phone Conversation.Just Message Me For My Phone Number. I Am In Need Of A 4x4 6 Cylinder Truck Or SUV To Travel Back And Forth To Work,Which Forces Me To Sell My Baby.If You Happen To Have A Low Mileage SUV Or Truck,I Will Consider A Trade? I Will Try To Help With Shipping Arrangements To The Best Of My Ability. A $500.00 Non Refundable Deposit Is Required Immediately After Auction Has Ended. This Is A No Reserve Auction.High Bidder Wins! Thank You For Viewing My Auction. PLEASE!! Serious Buyers Only!! If You Have A Feedback Score Of Less Than 10 Positive,Contact Me Before Bidding Or Bids Will Be Cancelled.
