This is a 1931 Chevy Roadster Truck Rat Rod with a hardtop convertible top. I have owned this car for 5 years and purchased it put together from a Professional Hot Rod Shop in Gainesville. The car when I bought it was put together with a custom frame, engine, tranny, driveshaft, rear end, body situated, and ready to be finished as a Hot Rod Chevy Truck. Engine is a 1955 Oldsmobile Rocket 393 motor mated to a 3 speed tranny with a posi chevy rear end. I found 30 Ford Wire Wheels and powdercoated them with 16's on the front and 17's on the rear. I took the truck and slammed it, channeled the body, and shortened and lowered the bed. I took the cab and chopped it and turned it into a removable hard top convertible that when the top is off it can rest on the rear end on the frame extensions, tied down with two belts. The cab is tight but its not built for comfort so if your looking for comfort look for your grandpa's caddy. The car also has several styles, roadster with or without roof on the back, truck or panel truck.The paint job is custom graffiti paint over satin black from a famous local artist who would like to remain unknown. The artist has done similar graffiti on a Lamborghini and a 1960 Cadillac owned by Lenny Kravitz! You could take the roof off of the car, clear coat it, and hang it on your wall as a sick piece of art. This is truly a one of a kind piece that has people swarming to you when you stop to get gas.
