What we have here is a 2003 Ford F-250 Super Duty with the Super Cab and 4 X 4. This truck is equipped with all the right equipment to blend comfort with work. On one hand this equipped with the power options such as windows, lock, seats, cruise, tilt,etc. Then on the other hand it is equipped the vinyl flooring which is so durable and a breeeze to clean. This truck as you can see is also equipped with the FX4 Off-Road Package. The grey interior is in great condition with no rips, burns,and very little wear. This truck has the upgraded XLT trim package. When I purchased the truck I made a few changes.The very first day I purchased the truck I had installed BRAND NEW TIRES. I wanted the upgraded tires so I went a size up and had the LT285/75R16 installed. The tires may have 1K miles on them at most. These are the Kelly Safari Trex tires. This was a $600.00 + cost. Next I had professionally installed the Remote Start with Keyless Entry. A few weeks later I had the same truck accessory shop install the Preminum Chrome Nerf Step Bars. Next I had LED Roof Clearance Lights installed by our local truck accessory shop. This truck is also equipped with Warn Lock-Out Hubs. The Jet Black paint shines well as you can see in the pictures. There are a few blisters on the cab corner and bottom of the doors inside which would be an easy repair if you wanted to take the time. There are no holes but a bit of blistering. You must look for it. This is a common problem on Fords. Please understand this truck is not new so please expect a few dings and other blemishes. If you want this truck new you will see a window sticker of about 45K. The 6.8L Triton V-10 engine starts right up and runs 100%. No noises. No check engines lights. No problems at all. I researched the Ford V-10 before purchasing this truck and was impressed with owners opinion of this engine. If need boatloads of torque and power but do not want the expense of the diesel, the V-10 is the engine for you. The diesel is a great engine but the price is expensive and the maintance cost is also higher than a gasoline engine. If you do not plan on keeping a truck for 300K miles you do not need the diesel. The V-10 will serve you well. The automatic transmission shifts perfect and hits every point on time. The 4X4 works perfect and goes in and out with ease. This truck is ready to work. Just hit the key and you are ready to go !! The Super Cab gives you plenty of room for your family so you can have a bit of both worlds. You can use the truck for work and still have the room to take the family boating on the weekends. The 8ft bed makes for plenty of storage room. I like to mention that I believe the spring that hold the emergency pedal up needs replacement. This does not effect the emergency brake operation at all but I wanted to be as honest as possible. I am not sure how people get away with the 6ft beds unless you do not haul anything larger than a recliner. I think the black paint and polished aluminum wheels makes for a very sharp combination. If you need a heavy-duty 4 X 4 truck with all the right equipment then this is the truck for you. If you have any questions please ask before bidding.
