For Sale: 2004 Ford E250 Regency Handicapped Van with driver controls. Low mileage, around 59,000. This vehicle has been professionally modified and has handicapped driver controls. Power windows, locks, and remote controlled side doors w/electric wheel chair ramp/lift. This was my father in-law's van and I did all the maintenance myself.
