I am selling my dad's 1956 chevy 210. This car was a father/son project that was covered by car craft magazine about 20 years ago. The son still owned it until my dad bought it. We were able to see the photos of the restoration prior to purchasing the car. It has always been a Florida car therefore it had minor rust and is in great shape still today. My dad was very good at maintaining and doing upgrades on the car as they became available. In 2010, it recieved new carpet, new headliner, new exhaust, new front power disc brakes, front and rear sway bar and new power steering. Last year it recieved a lot of new stainless, rear air shocks, new front coil springs, headlight upgrades, new painless wiring harness, and a new fuel tank sending unit. The year before it recieved a new tilt steering column and wheel, HEI ignition and it gets blurry from there but the list doesn't end. The car needs nothing that I am aware of, we still drive this car about once a week. The car has a 350 crate motor that we estimate has about 30k on it. It runs great and has no noises or oil leaks. It has been regularly serviced and has never given us any problems. This car is a 4 speed that shifts nice. With the addition of the power steering it really is a pleasure to drive. Fly in and drive this car home. The car was stripped and repainted last year and it looks like new. There are no bubbles or rust anywhere. There are no scratches or chips anywhere. The pictures dont do this car justice. It is gorgeous in person and turns heads every place it goes. You don't take this car out without getting thumbs ups. Floors and floor braces all in excellent shape. There are a couple of upgrades that you could do to the car, but are not needed to enjoy. The tailight housings have a little pitting and the tires are getting worn. The tires still easily pass inspection. The tailight lenses are new. We also put on a new electric choke holley 600 carb. The car will need a front end alignment, it was not done when it was converted to front disc brakes. It runs great and drives well but I am told that is the reason for the tires wearing. The rims size is 17s. Thanks Greg
