Here is one special truck! It was in storage since 1947 and comes with a clear, original state of New York 1947 title that has been signed but never transferred and a notarized bill of sale dated 2/12/81 stating the same. I will also give a current bill of sale. It has newly rebuilt engine and transmission. The rear axle has been changed to 26-27 housings with the larger brake drums and has been rebuilt with new axle shafts, bearings, seals, differential thrust washers, and emergency brake linings. The windshield is now safety glass. It has been converted to 12 volt with a distributor and an alternator. I bought it as a running chassis but it was smoking some so engine and transmission were replaced with freshly rebuilt ones. After body parts were repaired/replaced and painted, truck was assembled. New wood in bed, etc. The truck looks and drives and drives like a new one except for a few imperfections in the paint as it has been on a few tours. After I got it all painted and assembled, my wife decided she needed an enclosed car for her and the grandkids. Please feel free to call with any questions. 405-612-5208. The truck is being sold as is with a nonrefundable $500 deposit due within 24 hours of auction end. The balance is due within 7 days and if paying by cashier's check, the check must clear before the truck will be released. Shipping is the responsibility of the buyer but I will try to help with loading and can be delivered within 200 miles for a fee.
