This Ranger does run but DOES NOT DRIVE. The 4 cylinder is running. As you can see in the picture the timing cover has been removed. The Manual transmission needs a clutch. It will not go into gear at all. So it does run, but DOES NOT DRIVE. The exterior does have hail damage and body damage. The paint is faded, but you can not tell in the pictures.
