1978 HONDA CB HONDA MATIC HAWK 2976 ORG MILES CB400A *Very, very nice bike in 9.0 condition. This bike for the first 24 years was on the dealership floor. The 1st owner's best friend owned the Honda Dealership and they would get it ready for him when he wanted to ride it, drain the gas & take the battery out when he returned it. The 2nd owner owned it for the remainder of the time until I purchased it from his son in law.  Included with your purchase are photos, new windshield, repair manual, data and all spare parts pictured, on table. The things that have been done in the last six months: (140 miles) new tires, battery, fork seals, carb rebuilt and synched, oil change, emergency brake (new), petcock (new). Paint is a base coat / clear coat done by Youngs Custom Paint, Peoria AZ. (was blue originally), new decals and a complete detail. This bike runs, shifts & stops like new, needs nothing, (no leaks) and would be a nice addition to anyones collection. Or, use it for everyday classic transportation. Always gets nice comments when we ride it to the cruise nights and shows. I have over $2500.00 into this bike. Most people would have enjoyed the bike the way she was when I bought it (being a nice, original low mileage bike ) but I wanted her as close to mint as possible. I've had lot's of fun doing this project but have got another project to start and this bike doesn't need me anymore. I am selling her at a realistic price to fund my next project.
