THIS AUCTION IS FOR A 1960 FIAT CABRIOLET 1200. THIS CAR HAS BEEN UPRATED WITH MANY CHANGES.THE ENGINE IS A 2.0 LITER TWIN CAM SPIDER. NOT AN OSCA TWINCAM. THE ENGINE HAS A PAIR OF 40IDF DOWN DRAFT WEBER CARBS. IT ALSO IS EQUIPED WITH AN OIL COOLER AND A LIGHT FLYWHEEL WITH A NEW CLUTCH . THE TRANSMISSION IS A SPIDER 5 SPEED WITH AN EXTENED SHIFTER TO MAKE THE SHIFTER FALL AT HAND. IWILL ADD MORE PICS TOMORROW.I WILL ADD MORE DETAILS TOMORROW.P.S.THIS IS A RUNNING CAR. On Dec-21-10 at 13:28:42 PST, seller added the following information: This auction is for a 1960 FIAT cabriolet 1200. I have installed a modern FIAT 2 liter twin cam engine. I have put in a set of 40 IDF twin Weber carbs.electronic ignition, lightened flywheel, I have changed the 4 speed trans to a modern Spider 5 speed trans. This new 5 speed was overhauled completely. The driveshaft was modified to fit. A Lancia cross flow radiator and a dual circuit brake system for saftey was fitted.Halogens, Porsche 914 fiberglass seats were fitted. The floor boards have been welded in and sealed. The heater unit was rebuilt, and a customer gas tank was installed Engine has a set of custom made headers. The windshield is cracked, but the car comes with a good windshield.Dino steering wheel with a momo Indy (your choice) wheel. The top frame is good, but it needs a new convertible top.
