1997 ford f350 dually 1 ton 16,300 org miles!! 2 wheel drive auto overdrive transmission 5.8 gas engine dual fuel tanks 8"foot Monroe plow, Western pump Swenson vbox MVP salt spreader, electric start Honda 11hp engine strobe light bar custom made flat bed tires 80% The folowing repairs were made in the last month: new front brakes and rotors transmission pan w/ fluid+filter power steering lines rainx wiper blades synthetic oil change+filter on honda engine drag chain bearings on spreader I have owned this truck the last 2 1/2 years using it only for the snow season with no issues, previously government owened and taken out of service (they did not use it much, low miles!) 5.8 gas motor runs good. The truck was equiped with central hydraulics (belt driven pump under the hood) I removed the belt and have been using the Western pump instead.The only negative things are oil seepage from the oil pan due to rust (it will make it the rest of the season in my opinion, or fix it.) There is rust on the lower front fenders, and surface rust on door lower rockers. The plow angles right and left a little slower than I would like, I think due to the 2"diameter angle cylinders,(1 1/2 are available).
