1968 TRIUMPH TR250 The car is a documented 2 owner car from new. Sold new in Southern California and then moved to Reno to be stored for 25 years. Two very dry climates, The car has always been garage kept by both owners, So this is a very dry car. The underside of the car shows this as you can see in the pictures. Except for a one small rust hole on the left front rocker (see picture ) other wise this car is rust free beside surface rust in a few places. The car has never been in any accidents and amazingly still has it's original paint. Except for the right front fender and the bonnet have been repainted at some point. I have a folder of service records and receipts from new to present, including sales Manufacturer`s Guarantee, With the original black license plate and registration cards that document ownership history. This car was parked in 1985 because of a bad clutch with 101,125 miles and never used again.This car is complete except for Soft top frame, Hub caps, battery, Washer fluid bottle and the tires are completely shot. Besides a few depressions and dings in a surface (see pictures) This is a perfect vehicle for restoration. The engine compartment is all original paint and would clean up nicely. When restoring this Vehicle I see no need to repaint engine compartment and just keep it original. Come by and take a look! Some consider the Triumph TR 250 to be the most valuable and desirable triumph made. Because they were produced for one year only(1968) and only 8500 total were produced, making it one of the rarest Triumph's made. Please study the pictures and ask me any questions you might have.
