BMW 318 IS 2 Door 5 Speed for sale. The car runs, drives and handles well. New Clutch recently. New Brakes 3 years ago (rotors, calipers, etc). No Rust (florida car). Cold A/C. Interior in fair condition. Tires in good condition. Odometer stopped working at 87,000 miles. Estimate of ~120k. Clear title in hand There are dents along the passenger quarter panel and door as visible in the pictures. Driver side power window does not work. On Dec-10-10 at 08:02:17 PST, seller added the following information: Key lock in drivers door does not work. Car can be unlocked via trunk lock. On Dec-13-10 at 08:14:37 PST, seller added the following information: during a test drive on saturday, the Passenger power window stopped working. It will go down, but not back up. the window is up now. An issue was brought to my attention on saturday: the Title and Bill of Sale was signed by the owner of the car prior to her moving out of the country. I offered to help her sell the car, but my name is not on the title. We can complete the sale via express mail if you have any issues with the Pre Signed title and Bill of sale.
