I'm auctioning off my 1972 IH Scout II to pay for another project. This has been a great truck, and was a daily driver for much of the time I owned it. However, I moved too far from work, so gas mileage was killing me. It also developed a light ticking after traveling on the highway for extended periods, and I don't have the time to look into it. I still drive it to the lake, to go hiking, and around town with no problems. The truck has many upgrades, and makes an awesome trail/weekend rig. Everything works on this truck - all lights but the dome light, dealer-installed A/C (it got me through the brutal Arizona summer with no problems or overheating), heater, etc. This truck was originally an off-green color, but has been painted white. It has been used as a hunting and trail rig, and the paint has light scratches and dings to prove it. Also included in this sale is a box full of extras - original fan, alternator, gaskets/seals, Lock-o-matic hubs (which were working when removed during the disc brake swap), brake shoes, etc. I also have the original owner's manual and line set ticket, as well as a bunch of receipts. Note that there is a small rust spot in the driver's door jamb on the driver's side. See photos for more info.
