I have a 1968 Firebird convertible -original color Verdoro Green it has a 68 350 w/2-barrel out of a Tempest not sure on the millage however it looked like it had been freshened up(I put new gaskets on it before I installed it)runs good-Not a race car-sounds like it but its not.I had 2 1/2 inch exhaust with force mufflers,dumps just before the axle angled out.Sounds Good.Has Viper alarm.The tires don't have many miles,we usually drove it within 50 miles or just around town.It has a 2 speed power glide(shifts fine).Brakes still have drums and they also worked fine until I think I may have blown a wheel cyl. but it still stops.The interior is in good shape,no cracks in the dash -it has a after market stereo properly installed in the glove box. Small tears in the drivers seat maybe 2 in. long on the side(in and out wear i suppose).carpet is there but shrinking and dis-colored.The convertible top is in rough shape definite need of replacement($300.00 at yearone.com).It is electric it works but it needs a hydro hose- blew this summer.Body is in good shape doors need adjusted.Heater does work however recently notice a water pump leak.It has power steering and power brakes. There is rust on the rocker panels,floor boards,AROUND one spring mount(not the frame!) among other places but bye no means is this car a rust bucket!There are no holes in the frame above the axle either. I have owned it for a few years and it has been a great ride!The quarter panels also have been replaced before I owned it,stored winters.I would also consider A partial trade(looking for a full size Blazer,Jimmy,Tahoe,Chevy pu.ext cab-for around $3000.00************I reserve the right to stop this auction as I am also selling it locally************ THIS WILL BE THE LAST TIME YOU SEE THIS CAR ON EBAY SO BUY IT IF YOU WANT IT ! **LOWRESERVE** Thank you & Good Luck
