NO RESERVE on this pretty beige 2001 Honda Civic EX! Great second car or car for the kids. The exterior of this Civic is in condition for the year and mileage. There are some dings and light scratches on this car as you would expect for a car this age. There are 3 small dents on the passenger rear quarter and some small dents on the rear edge of the trunk lid. The paint still shines. There is noticable paint peeling on the front grill and the Honda emblem is missing. There are about 50 photos of this car in the listing. The beige cloth interior is in better than average condition for the year and mileage. Passenger window works but only goes down about 3/4 of the way. Power locks, mirrors and sunroof are all in good working order. The engine runs smooth, transmission shifts smooth, and the brakes work well. This Civic drove and handled well during my test drive. This vehicle's tires are only slightly worn, with over 75% of tread life left.

10. Shipping & Delivery:
    1. All shipping charges are buyer's responsibility. ROYAL PALM TOYOTA will help with shipping arrangements but will not be responsible in any way for claims arising from shipping damage!
    2. Licensed Carriers are generally insured for $3,000,000.00. We assume no responsibility for damages incurred after the vehicle leaves our showroom. All shipping arrangements are provided by ROYAL PALM TOYOTA as a courtesy. We are not affiliated with any carrier. Any claims or other communication regarding shipment of vehicles will be between you and the shipper, not with ROYAL PALM TOYOTA.
    3. The amount of time it takes for delivery is dependent on the carrier, but is generally 7-14 days from the date the vehicle is picked up from our facility until it is delivered to your destination. Verify with the shipper for an Estimate Time of Arrival to be sure.
11. Finalizing your Purchase:
    1. ROYAL PALM TOYOTA will contact the successful high bidder by e-mail after the auction closes.
    2. Successful high bidder MUST communicate with Jim Carroll at ROYAL PALM TOYOTA by email or phone at (877) 361-0071 within 24 hours of the auction ending to make arrangements to complete their transaction. If we cannot confirm your intention to buy or the sale is not completed within 5 days, we reserve the right to relist this vehicle or sell to any other qualified buyer.
    3. In order to secure bid on vehicle, Successful bidder (BUYER) must within 24 hours of bid closing send to Seller a Deposit in the amount of $500.00 by major credit card, cash or bank certified funds. Within 5 days of bid closing, Buyer must send balance of funds by wire transfer, cash, bank certified funds to Seller.
    4. At time of sending initial deposit, Buyer MUST fax copy of their State issued valid Driver Licence. Furthermore, before said vehicle is released for shipment to Buyer, all other Sale related and title related paperwork must be signed and returned completed to Seller.
