For sale is my 1973 BMW Bavaria 3.0S This is a California car with zero rust and original paint. The previous owner said it was garage kept and the same goes for me. This is a 38 year old car. It comes with no warranty, but you'll agree for it's age,it's in incredible shape. I bought it from a BMW enthusiast in Atlanta, Georgia. I had the car shipped from Atlanta to Montreal with Monstar for $700. The car is located in Montreal, Canada. The 1973 Bavaria 3.0S is especially desirable because it's the last year with euro bumpers. The 1973 model came with twin Zenith carburetors. This car was installed with Webers (at a cost of $1,300 by the previous owner). The car has also been updated with later 5 series rims and tires. It definitely adds a more sporty look to this sedan. A Stebro stainless steel exhaust was also added to this beauty...and sounds great. A gorgeous sport steering wheel has also been mounted. There is a factory installed sunroof. I have recently had the brakes refurbished. The car is ready to drive anywhere. This car is a real head turner and conversation starter!!!! Don't be fooled by this "sedan". This car is a true wolf in sheep's clothing. It's blistering fast. The "Big Six" M30 like the 3.0 liter in this car is known to be bullet proof. As with ALL cars of this age there is always something to do. As mentioned this car has original paint. It is a jugement call whether you repaint or leave original. I prefer the original! There are a few scuffs and knicks. Hard to see in the pictures. Also.....if I kept this car I would have the padding in the seating refurbished. Besides that there is nothing to mention. Sadly I must part with this car as I have one too many projects on the go and feel someone else should enjoy this collectable.
