Here is a 1983 Centurion Conversion E-350. These are factory built, not home made and getting very rare. It has a 460 engine and C-6 auto trans. It is titled as a truck. It has a 1 ton frame under it with a dually rear. Not bad shape for its age. It needs a paint job, somebody didn't prep it good and the paint is peeling off. It has a couple spots of rust on the bottoms of the doors and a dent in the front right fender but the rest of the body is pretty decent. Outside of the bed is fiberglass. The inside in steel and has some rust holes that need patched. It came with a old style fifth wheel hitch where the king pin is in the bed, and also has a gooseneck hide away hitch also. Has a rear ball hitch also. I know that it needs exhaust manifold gaskets. I replaced the exhaust with a new y-pipe, muffler and turn down. Tires hold air, fronts are still pretty good, back 4 are dryrotted but I still hauled firewood and hay and never had a problem. I have drove this truck a couple thousand miles and still drive it now until sold. It has some shimmies but I don't think the tires where ever balanced. It is a 27 year old truck so it is sold as-is. Interior is not bad. I started to redo it. It has new carpet in the front and fake hardwood floor in the back. Would not take much to finish it off. I have a set of running boards that came on the truck that goes with it. The bolts pulled thru the mounting holes, easy fix. As I said these trucks are getting rare and I bet you have never seen one in a car show before so get it while you can. I don't want to sell it but we need a van with 3 rows of seats. The running boards you see in the picture is the ones that come with the truck, the are just not on it now as I stated earlier.
