Third generation Toyota Corolla 1978 I drive everyday for 30-40 miles. Body style(s) 2-door sedan Engine 3K-C — 1.2 L (1166 cc) I4, 8-valve OHV, carb, 55 hp (41 kW) Transmission: 4-speed manual Even with manual transmission and the way I drive it gets 24-34 MPG. Brakes: Power assisted front disc, rear drum Steering: Reticulating Ball, collapsible shaft Suspension front MacPherson Strut w/double acting hydraulic shock, rear leaf springs with hydraulic shock absorbers. I put over $1700 on this car and have receipts and a clean & clear title on hand. It has many new parts but major upgrades are: New shocks & struts New head liner and sun visors New radial tires Re- upholster seats New timing chain New carburetor Full tune up to include (new fuel pump, filter, plugs, coil etc) mileage listed is not actual but an amount was required. Odometer only reads to the 10,000 space and is close to 45,000, we are not sure how many times it has turned over. On Nov-24-10 at 14:36:06 PST, seller added the following information: new dashboard cover new front seat belts in box (need to be installed) new radio with usb,sd card or ipod hook up (no cd) all windows are good, all lights work, the horn works only moving steering wheel to the left I think it needs a steering wheel kit from ebay at 17-18dlls. have original bill of sale and manuals car has factory paint color.
