Here is my 1959 Skyliner, a California Black Plate factory retractable, with V8 engine and factory air conditioning. It clearly needs a full restoration, but is a mostly complete car with very minimul rust. It does run, but has no brakes, so I have not driven it. The top tried to start working but failed the first cycle. I do have a clear title in my hand, ready for you to register once you have the car finished. Please note: I do have all 4 hubcaps, but they do not fit the rear wheels, a former owner put 15" wheels on the rear, and stock size is 14". Also, there is a small rust hole directly under the gas pedal, I have pictured it, and the same pic shows where someone cut a hole in the floor for a floor shifter. Other than that, the floors and rockers and sill's seem to have no rust, and no prior repairs.
