This is a 200o Plymouth Neon seized by police during an investigation. Vehicle was running and driveable when seized. It has been stored for 6-9 months pending forfeiture. Prior to listing, vehicle did start and run. We did not drive it, and do not know of issues with vehicle either before or after seizure. Vehicle is in fair condition with damage to fenders and hood. The left side mirror is missing and there is rust on the door frame near the mirror. Custodian said the ignition key turns, but there is resistance in the ignition mechanism. Interior is dirty but in generally good condition. There is no stereo in vehicle. Vehicle is sold As-Is with no warranty expressed nor implied. Vehicle is available for inspection by appointment at 400 NE Front Street in Milford, DE 19963. This is also the location to come when retrieving the vehicle. Vehicle must be paid for in full and removed within 14 days of auction close. Winning bidder must contact seller by e-mail within 3 days of auction close and specify payment and pickup plans. Failure to contact seller within 3 days of auction close will result in vehicle being re-listed. We accept certified check, personal check or cash. We do not finance, cannot take payment plans, and will not end the auction to sell privately. Payment should be made to CITY OF MILFORD. The City of Milford reserves the right to with hold vehicle and/or title until payment is verified or clears.
