I am selling a 1991 Alfa Romeo 164L with 120,578 miles. I am the third owner and have put approximately 40,000 miles on the vehicle. The car needs the following: new clutch, inside drivers door does not open (opens from the outside), mirror glass on passenger side is cracked. The vent direction buttons do not work so it is currently venting air and heat to the windshield via the defrosters. Also, the last time I drove the car it overheated and I am not sure what the problem is. Could need a new radiator fluid container, or a leaking hose. As a result of the clutch and overheating problem, the engine starts but the car is not drivable. The body on the car is in very good condition. There is one minor dent/ding on the driver rear door that is barely noticeable, otherwise very good looking vehicle. The motor runs strong, burns one quart of oil per month. New fog lights. Original radio works great. Interior is in good condition. Leather seats show wear but there are no rips and tears. Some issues with the interior roof, the cloth has separated and hangs down in some areas. Also, I may have missed some small defects in this write up, its a vintage car being sold as a project or for parts. Understand that there are some issues that may have been overlooked. Two options for the purchaser, you will need to spend some money to get this classic vehicle up and running again. It truly is a wonderful, fun and powerful sports sedan that is a one of a kind classic, or you can part this car out. Many good parts both inside and out.
