FINANCING OPTIONS:
- If you wish to use your own bank, or financial service, no problem, we will be happy to send the paperwork to them to make the final transaction fast and easy for you.
WARRANTIES:
If the vehicle is under Manufacturers warranty, it will state so in the auction. If not we offer many different competitive warranty options for you to purchase if you choose to do so. In addition, many of our late model vehicles are certified by the automotive manufacturer. All of our certified vehicles are noted as such in the auction description.
FAQ:
Q: I live out of state, do I pay sales tax in Tennessee?
A: No, you only pay sales tax if you reside in the state of TN, but you will need to pay the appropriate taxes and fees in your state of residence when you title your purchase in that state.
Q: Are there any hidden fees?
A: None, unlike many other dealers on E-Bay, we do not charge any doc fees, you pay only the price of your winning bid.
Q: If I do not like the vehicle, do I have to buy it?
A: We expect all of our bidders to purchase the vehicle, but, if you find the vehicle not to be everything we said it was, we will refund your deposit or make it right with you. If however, you simply change your mind and do not want to purchase the vehicle, you will lose your deposit.
Q: If I choose to have the vehicle shipped or delivered to me, do I have to pay for it before it is shipped delivered.
A: Yes, however, we do suggest you see the vehicle yourself first, unless it is a new vehicle, to insure you know exactly what you are buying.
