This is believed to be an all original Jeep. I purchased the Jeep a few years ago for my Mom to run around on the farm. I purchased it from a gentleman in Ava Missouri. He told me he it had previously been used on another farm. And at one time It was a Missouri Conservation Vehicle. There appear to have been a couple of different paint colors put on it at some point (Red, Green then White). It was converted to a 12 volt system by the person I bought it from. My Mom ran it a little on the farm and then my parents gave it to me after have put a muffler, tires and a fuel pump in it. It now sits in a friends retail store as a display untill I have it sold. We drove it in and parked it where it has been for about 2 years. There is some rust through in a few areas. But for a Jeep of its age it is in incredibly great shape. I really don't want to see it go but I dont have the time, money and place to restore it. It passed inspection I believe two years ago. It would be a great Jeep to be used while someone is restoring it. The Koenig Half Cab and Doors (for which the manufacturing plate is still on the cab ) from my research was a dealer only option with Willys and not easy to come by.
