This 1955 Pontiac Star Cheif has been in the family since new, it has Automatic Trasmission, 287 V8 engine. We started to restore it 13 years ago when we repainted with Imron Paint and put New tires on, but due to health problems I have had to give the restoration up. So we covered it up and its been sitting for 12 years. This summer we started it and the engine still runs good and the new tires have 2000 miles on them, when we repainted we did the door jams and dash, the bumpers have been rechromed. Trunk and the inside still need to be worked on.
