Bought this CB400F a few years back. I had cleaned the carbs, installed a new battery, and rebuilt the front brake calipers. The bike was running, but needed an exhaust. Unfortunately it got pushed into the corner of my shop after that and was forgotten, so it will need another battery and the carbs cleaned again. The bike does have some aftermarket headers, but will need the canister part of the exhaust. The master cylinder also has a leak, so it will need to be rebuilt. The chain guard is missing. Tires are old and hard, so they will need to be replaced. Overall this is a nice clean project CB400F that just needs some love. The Honda is titled in my name and registered non-op with the California DMV. The title is clear. Bike is sold as is, where is, with no warranties expressed or implied.
