Up for sale is a classic 1983 Nissan/Datsun 200SX. The car belongs to my grandmother and she is the original owner. She has decided to part with her baby because she is moving in with our family and we have no place to store the car. The car is in excellent condition and only has 32078 miles on it, it has been seldom driven and hasn't seen a winter in over 10 years. The car has never been involved in any kind of accident what so ever and has passed emissions every year. Specs: Automatic 5 speed transmission 4 cyclinder 2.2 liter engine (8 spark plugs, 2 per cylinder) Power windows, locks, steering, antenna, mirrors, seats and cruise control and voice box,(all work including the raising antenna) AM/FM radio Tires have less than 10,000 miles on them Breaks were replaced in 97, no problems with them since Battery is new Oil has been changed regularly heat works great No A/C The exhaust has been replaced as well as a new catalytic converter The starter was replaced last year The cigarette lighter does not work The car still talks to you (Phrases like "The key is in the ignition", "The door is ajar" ect) Interior: Blue, in very good shape no tears, rips or fading anywhere and all of the seatbelts function. The door panels are in great shape as well, all of the power window and mirror buttons, door handle and locks work well. Exterior: Paint: Blue with black trim and some pin striping. (Has been restored to original factory paint due to fadeing) No rust on the body of the car/ No bondo Some surface rust on the chassis (can be seen in the pictures, car was driven in winter for the first ten years, some rust is to be expected with it being a Wisconsin car) All of the lights work, Fog, headlights, tail lights ect. History: Once again the car is being sold by the original owner, We have all of the paper work/recipts/title for everything that has been done to the car. The car has been into a local garage every year for a routine check up and oil change and has been well maintained in excellent if not near mint condition. It has never been abused in anyway and has not had any modifications or part swaping, it is completely stock and original except for new replacement parts along the life of the car which we have all of the recipts for. We had the car appraised in 1997 by Elite Auto Appraisal at $6,900 (26921 miles at the time of the appraisal) we have the appraisal letter included in the photos as proof of the $6,900 We are asking $2500 due to the fact that we do not have the space to store the car and winter is approaching, This really is a steal for anyone interested in a original Nissan datsun with 32,000 miles that has been well maintained.
