1968 Real Charger R/T Project car This is a real Charger R/T 440 Magnum console automatic, Blue on Blue. In 68 they started stamping the V.I.N. numbers on the drivers side of the motors up high where the tranny and motor mate up to each other, I could,nt find the numbers there, but I have been told they started doing that later in 68, the motor is a correct 68 D440 HP . The car came out of Florida, that is why it has lots of sheetmetal rust and the framerails are so clean. The motor turns over fine and will run if you dump some gas down the carb. Two years ago I drove it into the building so te transmission seems to also be okay. There is a bunch of stuff or junk in the trunk that go with the car. So what your bidding on and maybe getting is A very complete real 68 Charger R/T that does need a full restoration. This is one of my customers that he is having me list, because he would like to use the funds for one of his other projects.
