Vehicle Detail
PLEASE READ ENTIRE LISTING BEFORE CALLING, MOST INFORMATION IS IN THE LISTING. You are looking at my 1992 Acura Legend LS with just over 100k miles. I bought this car because the Acura Legend is an amazing vehicle that was way before its time and I got a good deal from a friend. It has every option possible, full opening sunroof, and even a Bose 6-disc changer. It received a full professional paint job in April, the interior is about an 8-9 of 10, especially for it's age, leather shows mild signs of wear with a small rip in the driver's seat. The rims are from a 97-01 prelude that I had to have honed to fit the legend hub, then powder coated as you see them in the pictures. I had $1100 tied up in the rims and the work I had done to them, all because I wanted the Honda wheels and grill. All badges have been shaved and also antenna. In the past 6 months I have done the timing belt and water pump, new fuel filter, new spark plugs, and added a cold-air intake. The car also has drilled rotors, brand new brakes, and red painted nissin calipers. I have also recently installed a new ABS modulator which was a bit expensive. The car also has professional Solarguard tint laser cut in whole sections, not strips, a very nice job. This car is near perfect all around and I absolutely love the car and do not want to part with it, but I am finishing Grad School in 2 months and I have 3 vehicles. I have decided to sell them off and get one SUV before I move to a new area. The car is in amazing shape and will make someone very happy, also it is in strong running condition and is pretty fast for an automatic sedan. All in all I have around $4000 into the restoration, tune-up, and additions to this vehicle, not including the value of the vehicle itself. Upon sale I will include acura grill and if I get the price I want a perfect set of stock acura rims. The car in inspected in PA til June 2011. The only issues with the car are as follows: 1 dime size parking lot ding in rear driver side door, 1 small touch up on front bumper, and 1 on rear. The Speedometer recently started working intermittently, I have a GPS that tells me my speed, so it wasnt a big concern for me, but it is most likely the vehicle speed sensor (VSS). The tires will need to be replaced before next inspection, recently rotated the front have about 80% tread and the rear have about 40% tread left. Some of the clear is coming off of the rims, but not too bad; I was planning to have the rims powder coated bronze before next set of tires. Please do not hesitate to ask questions or come see the car. I have decided to make this an all out auction with no reserve so the high bidder will win the vehicle. Would trade for a 2000 or newer Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited and I would be able to put cash on top for the right vehicle. Correction: There is a reserve on this auction, but it is far below what i have into the vehicle.
