For sale is a 1985 CJ-7 in excellent condition. I purchased the vehicle 5 years ago from the original owner and have only put 5k miles on it for a total of 69,287 original miles. It is garage kept and almost never has a top on it. I have a black Bestop soft top, bikini top, and a hard top that needs repair. I have the original hard doors as well as fiberglass half doors that match. It has Smittybilt tubular bumpers and step bars and an original, working Warn 8274 winch (worth $1000 by itself). All of the interior gauges work. The mirrors, headlights, and windsheild hinges have been replaced with stainless. The dash is in perfect condition. Sony CD player with iPod connection installed in Tuffy security console. 6 cylinder engine (258) runs really well and the 4 speed manual transmission has no mechanical issues of which I am aware. There is no rust on the body or frame. The only possible negative is that there is no power steering. The original Jeep had the short bucket seats which I replaced with Bestop Aqua seats which are very comfortable but have faded more than I would have expected even with it being kept in the garage. I also have interior carpet that has never been installed. I have a clear title in hand. The vehicle is listed for sale locally and this auction will end immediately if it is sold prior to the end of this auction. For this reason, I have included a BUY IT NOW option. Winning bidder will be responsible for local pick-up of the vehicle and cash payment at time of delivery. Winning bidder will be required to pay a $1000 deposit to hold the vehicle if not picked up within 7 days of the end of the auction. The deposit will be applied to the final price as long as delivery is made within thirty (30) days. After thirty (30) days, the deposit will be forfeited and the vehicle will be re-sold.
