VIRTUALLY NEW!! 1976 CADILLAC Coupe DeVille with only 38,000 ACTUAL MILES!!!! If you were ever fortunate enough to drive one of these when they were new...then you'll remember how this car feels!!! INTERIOR IS EXTRAORDINARY!!! STILL SMELLS LIKE NEW CADILLLAC LEATHER!! LEATHER IS STILL SUPPLE!!! (naturally this means that there are NO excuses, cracks, tears, or disappointments) This car has been garaged its entire life!! Engine bay is super clean..with intact original paint!! RUNS AS GOOD AS IT LOOKS!!! DRIVES LIKE NEW!! I am the second owner, I acquired this BEAUTIFUL ORIGINAL car from an estate that had carefully stored this car for twenty-five years!!! I replaced the tires with the original 2" whitewalls, replaced the exhaust, and plug wires, distrbutor cap & rotor to make this car road worthy. I have put on 3,000 of the 38,000 miles....but this car is really too nice to drive!!! It has won the few car shows that I have entered it in, and was displayed at the 2010 Concourse De Elegance in St. Louis. Only cars that are ALL ORIGINAL with NO modifications are permitted in this show!!! This particular Cadillac DOES NOT have the rust in the usual places( around vinly top, along the body side mouldings, etc.) It has been refinished in Urethane enamel with a urethane clear coat in the original factory FIREMIST color. It would NOT have required refinishing: I had a blow-out with one of the 25yr old tires and the fender skirt was destroyed by passing traffic. The original pinstripe color was maintained. THE PAINT IS AWESOME in the sun!!! Its metal-flake has gold, prism-like effect!! THIS IS A RARE AND WONDERFUL COLOR COMBINATION!!! The padded landau top looks days old, but is the original!! Chrome is still shiny as new!!! This car still has its original extensions, however I did have new ABS ones painted at the same time to insure color correctness should they require replacement!! All electronic equipment works like new with the exception of the clock and antenna motor( can be used manually ) Cruise control works fine, windows work FAST!! HAVE THE ORIGINAL GOLD KEYS!!!
