Very desirable RUST FREE 1980 Corolla TE72 with the quad round headlights and a 5 speed manual! It's a great car that can be driven anywhere, the A/C still blows cold too! Here are some details on the car: Engine/Trans: Bone stock 3tc with freshly rebuilt carburetor. Passes California Smog Tests without a problem. Many new parts installed such as: new water pump, alternator, voltage regulator, plugs, cap and rotor, exhaust manifold gaskets, drive shaft center support bearing and new u-joints, new brakes, new inner and outer tie rod ends, and new wheel bearings. The car has been very well taken care of as it was my daily driver and would do long trips daily with out a problem. It has a custom cat-back exhaust with flanges for ease of removal and installation. Body and Paint: The original paint was stripped to bare metal and blocked with heavy primer several times in preparation for the gloss black paint. This car has a very straight body and gets compliments every where it goes. There are some small pits in the paint on the roof, but you would have to walk up to the car in order to see them. The front bumper was removed and the rear bumper is a custom fitted bumper from a BMW E30. The trunk is rust free and was sprayed with a heavy textured paint. Interior: Interior sound deadening on all the floors have been removed as well as all carpets. The floors have also been painted black. The interior only has the two front seats and door panels. The dash pad is cracked. The A/C works and blows cold. Stereo and all interior lights work. Keep in mind, it is a 30 year old car. Having said that, it is still a blast to drive and it is amazing that everything still works on the car, all the wipers work, windshield washer works, all interior and exterior lights work. The car is currently registered "non-op", there are not any back fees. I will not be responsible for emissions testing. The new owner is responsible for registering it and would register it the same way they would with any car.
