Vehicle Detail
1970 Plymouth GTX. Originally equipped with 440 single 4 barrel carb. Air grabber hood. Desert sand body color, green and tan interior. This car does not have the numbers matching motor in it, but I have access to the original block for $150.00. We do not have a fender tag or a build sheet. The previous owner had the car for over 20 years and says to have the fender tag, but I am assuming he won't be able to find it. This car has a very clean front clip. The air grabber hood is near perfect, and engine bay very clean. Floors are good, with the exception of a hole in the drivers front floor. Interior is basically complete, but needs to be refurbished (even found a new in box headliner and a complete OEM set of replacement stickers in the trunk). This is a very rare car, especially with the air grabber and the odd color combinations. It is also very solid and very complete. As far as metal work goes, I would do some floor work, replace the trunk floor extensions, put new lower quarters on, and replace the cut up rocker panel. The window channels are fairly clean, but will need a little attention. Call with questions: I rarely check my email linked to this account. On Oct-05-10 at 04:52:51 PDT, seller added the following information: I will post more pictures of the rear quarters and interior later today when it gets light out. At some point, somebody starting cutting on the rocker panel (as you can see in the picture) and starting doing some novice repair on one rear quarter. Luckily they stopped when they did so they didn't do any more damage. The quarter that is not 'repaired' is in much better shape, but has some rust as you can see in the pictures. If you would like to see more pictures, please email me at cesafskyc1@aol.com or call me at 763-923-3737. I have pictures of the interior, the inner edge of the door bottoms (clean!), and several others and can take and email more pictures if requested.
