You are viewing a very nice 1965 Mustang Fastback that I’m selling for my friend. He’s done a lot to this car, but suffers from T.M.C.P. (Too Many Car Projects). He’s decided to let another person finish this one. Here’s what’s been done: The car was repainted with a two-stage paint job in 93 Cobra Vibrant Red. The body is solid and very straight. He replaced pretty much all of the trim with Scott Drake pieces and replaced the quarter vent trim with mint original parts. We believe that the interior is mostly original and in excellent condition. It does have an aftermarket radio, which fits the dash, so nothing was cut. The trim is also in great shape. A new owner may want to freshen it up with a new dash pad and carpet. As far as the drivability goes, the engine has had a complete tune-up, including a carburetor rebuild, new fuel lines and a new fuel pump. The brakes have been redone and the suspension was completely gone over. The car runs and shifts wonderful. The 200 CID six has a surprisingly amount of power.
