My wife and I bought this car <20 months ago from a Mercedes Benz dealership outside of Boston. I believe we are the second owners. At the time it had 12K or so and we have put on the balance. The dealer, Smith Motors Mercedes, has serviced it for us. The only problem was sunroof clip or something that they fixed and adjustment for rear hatch locking (no problems w/ anything). We put new tires on about 3-4K miles ago. We also have 4 snow tires. They will be sold for add't $500. This car has had no problems, been nothing but great. We have just outgrown it and are getting either GL or Suburban. The car is a R320 diesel engine. We looked hard for this car because it's (1) Mercedes Benz, (2) roomy SUV, (3) great panoramic sunroof, (4) AWD, and (5) diesel with great MPG. It gets roughly 20-21 around town and 26-28 on highway depending on conditions. The car has navigation, ipod hookup, sirrus radio, folding mirrors, rear camera view, et al. It's loaded, I think they call it Premium The only thing it doesn't have in a loaded version is heated seats. The car has Thule bars and bike racks. The unique MB bars can be bought for add't $200.
