Vehicle Detail

Ok, so the end of Summer Sale continues. For sale I have my 1969 Pontiac LeMans, that I had hoped to convert into a GTO clone. I bought this car in 2006, in hopes of restoring it slowly like the car I once owned in my youth in back in the early 80's. However a few things happened along the way, got married (guys you understand) and then I realized that I live in muscle car hell, Miami. If I had a rice burner or a Fast & the Furious type car I would be on the road at this minute. A lack of experienced muscle car mechanics and bodymen doomed me from the start. Don't get me wrong the intent was there; I spent $6000 on the car, another $1000 to get it driveable, plus another $1000 or so on orginal aftermarket parts (such as original pontiac rims, dual snorkel air filter, 3.42 posi traction rear end (all thrown in with the sale of the vehicle)) but in the end it was too frustrating. The car has a tired 350 but a rebuilt Turbo 400, The car has a clear and free title, and until this year was registered and had a State of Florida 1969 Collector License Plate (still attached to car). I haven't driven the car since March when I took it to a local old car night at a burger place in town. It has sat parked in the garage where it has slept since I bought it in August 2006. The car needs alot of work that I really don't have the time or the motivation to do anymore. I could keep it, but the older I get the more I get new interests such as traveling and wanting to get a motorcycle, my next project. I have included pics, there are so many add-ons I bought to use on it, such as a Hurst Dual Gate shifter, two NEW rear GTO quarter panels still in their packaging, a fiberglass nose, a dashboard cover, etc.. that are sitting on the garage shelf that are going with the car once it is sold. I believe the next owner of this car should be somebody that can do it justice, I figure the new owner will stick a new motor in there and start fresh, I would love for that to happen and I would like them to pick up where I left off. The car does not start, dead battery, but I will get it running and because it needs to be trailered; so please take that into consideration. Ok, that said, please bid with confidence but cautiously. I am in law enforcement and am familiar with some of these eBay scams when it comes to buying a car and such. Payment is strictly PayPal, no third party checks or out of state funds, no funny business. I would hate for somebody to try to commit fraud and enjoy South Florida from a cell. So, that ugliness aside, please consider this car plus all the accessories and extras. These pictures are from last year, the car hasn't changed much except for the Pontiac 15 inch rims and Goodyear rubber. If you have any questions, please feel free to email me or call at 786-586-0004 (Hector); serious inquiries only please. ADDED 10/02/10: I SEE THAT I HAVE OVER 20 WATCHERS AND GOTTEN OVER 15 EMAILS, I KNOW THIS CAR IS GONNA GO, I REMOVED THE RESERVE PRICE SO LETS FIND THIS CAR A NEW HOME... Hector
