This is a very clean, one owner 1985 VW Vanagon GL, Westfalia full camper Bus!! This Vanagon has a 2.1L motor and an automatic transmission! The Bus was bought brand new at Veale VolksWagen in Santa Rosa, California and has lived in California it's whole life!! The body is clean. There are no major dents and zero rust. There are some rock chips, mainly on the hood and front of the van as well as some scratches/blemishes around the body, expected for the age of the vehicle, however it is all 100% original, please see pictures. The paint on the Bus shines and looks great, please see pictures!! The windshield is brand new, the rest of the glass is great. The tires are also in good shape. This Westfalia was never abused, never used to live in or work out of!! The interior is in very good condition and super clean. All of the camping equipment works great aside from the faucet. GoWesty as well as Van Cafe will have one in a month or so. The AC might need a charge, not sure. This Bus was never smoked in, no pets! The seats as well as the carpet look great! This camper comes with all camping equipment including all curtains, mosquito net, power cord, hoses, manuals, VW repair books, etc! The canvas on the pop-top was replaced a few years back and is perfect, there are no rips, no stains and no holes. Also, all new seals were installed on the pop-top and luggage rack as well!! The engine runs good, it starts at the first turn of the key and purrs, no leaks of any kind and just serviced!! The motor was installed from VW at 128K, $3,800 we have all records for work performed!! Some of the recent work includes a new starter, new alternator, new fuel pump, new spark plugs, new disrtibutor cap, new rotor, new fuel filters (2), new oil&filter and a new air filter!! The transmission was rebuilt at 160K, it's very smooth and shifts perfect and just serviced as well, we have records for work performed!! We have all records of service, repair and maintenance work performed on this Westfalia since new as well as all of the original manuals, a VW Official Factory Repair Manual and the original window sticker, please see pictures!! The van gets 19-24mpg. Please keep in mind that this is an older vehicle and is not in new condition!! Please expect normal wear and tear for a vehicle of this age and miles, this is not a brand new vehicle and it is not perfect!!
