Vehicle Detail
I have for sale my 1970 Pontiac Firebird. It has a rebuilt poncho 350 and turbo 350 tranny with less than 1500 miles on both. The engine came out of a 1974 GTO.The engine has an edelbrock carb and intake, headers going into dual Flowmaster exhaust. New master cylinder and booster (brakes are a little stiff, might have air in the lines), electric fan. It has a fiberglass formula hood. $1500 in tires and wheels. The wheels are American Racing 17x9 up front with 275/40's and 17x11 out back with 315/35's. Thats some big meat!!! Interior is almost done. It had green interior, so I started dyeing everything black. It has a new headliner that needs installed. It has some aftermarket gauges and tach. Custom made Firebird seat covers (a couple little rips in the drivers seat, but not bad!) Now the body, It has the normal little dings in the front fenders and doors. I have found only 3 little rust spots- one is on the pass side floor board, about 2" by 4" that has an exact piece of floorboard from a donor that is screwed over top of it. It just needs cut out and weld the patch back in, my welding skills aren't the best, that is why I have not fixed it yet. The second and third spots are in the pics, both on pass side in front and behind rear wheel. I also have the patch panels from the donor car that can fix those spots if you can weld! On the drivers side, looks like it was dented in, then pulled out, but never finished. I do have the rear bumper in good condition along with the front valance and lights/bezels that are not shown. Also, in the trunk is more tail light lenses and misc parts. This car was a daily driver for a little old lady in Reno for years, until it needed work and she traded it for a little Toyota to the shop owner, and thats where it sat until I got a hold of it 2 years ago. I have too many projects and need to sell a few to finish the rest. Please ask any questions you like, or if you need more pics of certain areas let me know! Thanks
