Here for sale is my 1966 Amphicar 770. I bought this car in 2001 from California. It was a California car and in really nice shape. The car runs excellent and always fires right up. All 4 whitewall tires are in good shape. The cars interior has been completely redone with red and white vinyl. The door panels have been redone, and the floormat is brand new. The interior on this car is excellent. I installed a brand new top, and it is in great shape, except one of the snaps pulled out (as seen in picture). The exterior of the car is in pretty nice shape except for the lower rear quarters which have rust. The rest of the car is in good shape. The chrome and bumpers are all really nice. Clutch is in great shape, and the boat floated and ran great in the water last time I tried it (a few years ago). Since then, it has been stored in my heated garage. The propellers are in nice shape and there is no problems at all with the car or boat transmission. The axles have been rebuilt. Brakes and wheel cylinders were rebuilt in 2001 when I got it, but it now needs brake work. Included is the original spare and the jack. The pole light is also included. All lenses are in great shape. Overall this is a really nice car. I just don't get to use it anymore since I bought a house by the beach. I would never consider running this vehicle in salt water, so it just sits in my garage. I brought it out to Celina, Ohio in 2003 for the Amphicar swim in and had a great time. I would highly suggest doing that at least once with the car. I have 2 clear NJ titles. (1 for the boat, 1 for the car). It's time for me to let somebody else have fun with the car/boat. This car gets incredible stares. I've taken it to a few car shows and the responses are unreal. The car has 13,465 miles on it. I am available to show the car pretty much anytime.
