1980 Honda Trail 70. i built two of these bikes 3 years ogo for myself and father. Due to a new baby i must depart with them. The other bike is listed on a seperate auction. This bike has orginal and aftermarket parts on it. The orginal 6V system was converted to a 12V electrical system with blinkers, CDI, headlight, breaklight, neutral light and blinker gauge lights. There also has been a blinker switch added to the handel bars. Orginally the bike had a top speed of 22mph but now goes approximately 40 mph. The original engine was replaced with a Honda clond 110cc engine with a 4 down shift pattern and NO clutch. I am 6'1 200 lbs and ride it with ease. This bike has a PINK SLIP and is registered street legal in California (which is extreamly rare). Both bikes have sequential plate #s. Tires are 3 years old.. Bike always starts on first or second kick. Email w/ ?s, but include red or blue bike so i know which one you are referring to. There are minor imperfections on the bike due to its age, but it is a real head turner. I have a few xtra parts that will come w/ bike. The other bike is in a seperate auction.
