1993 Cadillac Allante Here is a beautiful example of the last year of the Allante, with low mileage and in excellent condition. In addition to the options listed below the Allantes were fully loaded to compete with the Mercedes SL. The Allante was intended to showcase Cadillac’s capacity for competitiveness not only within the American luxury car segment but also on the country roads of Europe. This two seater was designed by the well know designer of many of the exotic Italian sports cars, PininFarini. The bodies were built in Turin, Italy and shipped to Detroit on special 747's where the build was completed. In 1993 the final 4,670 Allantes were produced, each featuring Cadillac’s new flagship power plant and the latest in technology and comfort. According to our research this is among the most refined of all Allantes as it is one of the final 200 ever produced. The 1993 is considered by many to be the best and most collectible of all the Allantes because it was the last year for them and was the only year for the 32Valve 295 horsepower NorthStar engine. With respect to the engine bay, every element, including the 32-valve Northstar engine, remains clean, well maintained, and very presentable. A Cadillac of this caliber and relatively low mileage is a rare find indeed.
