This Scirocco is straight and rust free. It has been sitting in my barn for about 10 years. If you can look past the racoon and bird crap, it is a nice example of this particular model. The engine ran when I parked it, but probably not anymore. I WANT TO BE CLEAR ABOUT THIS, THE CAR IS COVERED IN RACOON AND BIRD CRAP, AND THE INTERIOR SMELLS AND IS DIRTY, PROBABLY FROM MICE. -NOTE: I HAVE INSPECTED THE WIRING, THE MICE HAVE NOT GOTTEN INTO IT. If someone is looking for a clean Scirocco body for restoration or to make a nice autocrosser then you have found it, but it needs to be seriously cleaned. The engine will need to be replaced or rebuilt, but this vehicle is complete. BOTH THE DRIVERS AND PASSANGERS DOOR HANDLES HAVE ISSUES - I DONT KNOW THE HISTORY OF HOW THIS HAPPENED, IT WAS LIKE THAT WHEN I BOUGHT IT, BUT THE DOOR HANDLES LOOK LIKE THEY WHERE JIMMIED OPEN WITH A SCREWDRIVER AT SOME POINT. I am also listing a 1988 Jetta GLI 12 valve separetly. The Jetta has quite a bit of suspension work done to it, I used it to autocross. Check out that listing.
