I purchased this car for restoration because of my love of Jaguars but more importantly because I had never seen one of these cars on the street before or even after buying this one have yet to see one on the street! I am the type of person who jumps at the opportunity to set myself apart from the crowd.This car most definately does that.The car is made even more RARE with the factory installed pull-back rag top.This car has been converted to a Chevrolet 350 roller cam engine and also has the GM 700R Automatic Overdrive Transmission.It will need paint,fresh chrome,and upolstery to be completed but you will be able to drive this car home if you need to.I have also had custom rear fender skirts made for the car that I believe bring out a more beautiful profile of the car.All of you who build cars will agree,I'm sure,that profile is nearly everything on a cars ability to turn heads although this car also has a sweet tail and face.Sadly,I am selling only because of financial need.I would very much loved to have stayed with this car for the rest of my days but again,this economy has hit me hard.My pain of having to sell her would be eased by a local purchase that would allow me to see her completed.
