1992 BMW 535I You are bidding on a nice 92 BMW Wagon. I have owned this vehicle for the past couple of years and it has been a really fun car to drive. I am going to do my best to describe the vehicle to you but please contact me if you have any additional questions. I purchased this vehicle from a former BMW Mechanic who did a lot of work to this car which includes new rebuild engine and transmission. Vehicle is titled as a 525I. It runs and drives great. Engine/ Transmission Vehicle comes with a 3.5ltr BMW engine. The car originally started out as a 525I. The previous owner installed a rebuilt 3.5 engine only 20,000 miles ago and a 5 speed transmission. Engine runs strong and has a lot of power all the way through from low end to top end. Mobile one oil was changed every 3000 miles and vehicle was serviced at local BMW shop. Brand new motor mounts were installed last week. 5 Speed transmission shifts great in all gears and Perfomrance friction clutch was installed last summer. There is a small leak in the muffler that can be heard but no other issues with exhaust system. Brand new radiator and fan was installed this summer, runs cool. The a/c compressor was replaced this year but I have not had time to have it charged but it does work and has been converted to R134a. Suspension Vehicle had aftermarket springs and adjustable struts which lowers the vehicle 2 inches and surprisingly it rides really good. Ball joints, tie rods and left wheel bearing where replaced last year, along with new driveshaft. 4 wheel disc brakes and pads are in good shape. The tires are in good shape all the way around. The wheels are in fair condition two of the wheels have some curb rash on them Body/Inside The body is in excellent condition. Car has two sunroofs that both work. There are no major rust holes or dents in the vehicle. There is a small spot of rust on the driver’s door at the bottom but is hard to notice. The clear coat is fading on the roof (if new owner would like it repainted I can have it done at professional shop for $400). Tinted windows. Last week the speedo lights burned out and new speedo was installed, The drivers side headlight needs to be replaced. Tan leather interior is in great condition for its age. The only blems with the inside is the headliner is sagging in spots and there is an one inch crack in the dash as seen in pics. This car has been alot of fun to drive but you know the story just had second kid and a toy has to go. Vehicle comes with an extra set of wheels with snow tires on them that have 80% tread. NO RESREVE SO BID TO WIN. I have clear and clean title in hand. I can pick up at local airport no problem and you can drive home or I can help with getting vehicle shipped.
