Below is the ad that I read and ended up buying the car last month here on eBay. I had hopes that my son, who really needs a car, would love it. Unfortunatly he is stationed in florida and MUST have a/c. Well beetles this old have no a/c, so its up for sale again. It is really a cool car and runs great! Good luck. NO RESERVE! Vehicle will be sold with a bill of sale and Title is in hand. PLEASE NOTE; This car is in Norcross Georgia. The Original Seller Wrote: You are buying a 1972 VW Super Beetle. The engine is a 1600 plus with 88mm pistons and a mild cam. Just enough added power to make it fun to drive. All interior is new (Well I did all this 2 years ago and it's never been driven over 50 miles). It needs a driver. All ruber glass seals have been replaced. The tires look good but have weather cracks, As you can see in the picture. the windshield is smoked at the edges and has some scratches. Over all a good car. I would like to find it a home because I have Three other classis cars. The 4 previous Georgia registrations provided by the person i purchaced the car from stated it was a 1972. The V.I.N. states it's a 1973. When registering this vehicle it is a 1972. Not a 1973. Sorry for any confusion.
