I have a 1973 Jeep CJ5 304 V8 up for Auction. The Jeep runs good. I was going to restore it but… I do not have the time this year so it must go. It will make a good summer buggy or a off road or mud buggy for someone. I have not put tags on it, so I have not had it on the road to test it out. It starts up and runs goods and no smoke. •304 V8 with headers and glass packs. (sounds good) •New paint. •New plugs and plug wires. •Good tub, the floor pans have been patched but good. •Good front end with manual lockouts. •Good 3 speed manual transmission. •Good Dana 44 rear end. •Good Firebird seats, no rips, will need seat belts. •15” Chrome rims with all terrain tires. •The head light rings are missing. •No top. New PAINLESS wiring harness, The gauges need to be wired and hooked up. The Jeep makes some clicking noise going up and down the drive way, may be U-Joints? The rear brakes were never reassembled after the rear end was taken out for new seals and 1 bad bearing, (I don’t have parts for the back brakes) the font brakes work well. This is a running CJ5 Jeep with a good drive train needs very little to put it back on the road. I encourage you to come and look at the Jeep before bidding if you can.
