Here is a 1967 Austin Healey Sprite Convertible!! The car is equipped with the 4 cylinder motor, rear wheel drive, and a 4 speed manual transmission!! The body is in good condition. There is no rust in the body, there are no holes, soft spots, please see pictures. The car was repainted many years ago, there are a few cracks in the paint around the car, however there are no major dents or scratches, just some small, superficial scratches, blemishes in places expected for the age of the vehicle. The paint is faded in places, mainly on the hood and tops of the front fenders, please see pictures. The windshield is brand new, all new gaskets as well, the rest of the glass is all in good shape. The car has been adult owned and has never been abused in any way! The tires still have plenty of tread left, however they are old. The interior is in good condition! Most of the guages work good, the speedometer, odometer and rpm are intermittent. The true milage of the vehicle is unknown. The soft top is also brand new, please see pictures. The fabric on the drivers side door panel is taped on the bottom, please see pictures. All of the windows roll up and down. The radio does not work. The motor runs good. The transmission as well as the rear end have both been rebuilt before the car was parked, we have the records on the work performed. The car has had very little use over the past several years, therefore very few miles have been logged on. This is a good running and driving classic Austin Healey and the car is really fun to drive, but please keep in mind that the vehicle has been sitting around and therefore will need to be gone through before it can be taken on a long trip or used as a daily driver!! Also, the transmission is a little tight in and out of some of the gears. We have contacted a few different shops and were told that it is the nature of the beast, just takes some time to get used to. The motor also seems to run rich, might need some carb work. We have many, many more pictures of the car showing all of the details and flaws, please let us know if you would like to see them. Please keep in mind that this is an older vehicle and is not in new condition. Please expect normal wear and tear for a vehicle of this age and miles, this is not a brand new vehicle and it is not perfect!! Please view all pictures and ask questions before bidding.
