Up for sale is my 1984 Dodge Ram Prospector. I have owned this vehicle for about 5 years. I have lived in two different locations since then. It has always been in the garage since I have owned it. I bought this truck from my next door neighbor. He was a 60 year old man that took great care of it. I think he owned it for about 15 years. He also kept it in his garage. He was a very picky man and took very good care of the truck. As you can see by the shape it is in. I would always see him out washing and waxing it. He also used it to pull a small fifth wheel camper to the local lake once in a while. It still has the fifth wheel rails in the bed of the truck. Engine is a dodge 360. It is the original engine. It has 99860 miles on it. I have not had any trouble with it since I have owned it. Yes it does leak oil. As you can see in one of my pictures I have a piece of cardboard under it. It is not a bad leak, but will leave drips on your garage floor. If the truck sits for a while it takes a little longer to get started. When I was driving it each day. It would fire right up. I asked a mechanic about it. He said that is normal for that style of carburator. I believe he said it is a thermoquad carb. Exterior is in great shape. This is the original paint. There are minor scratches and dings. There are two spots on the truck that have some surface rust. I will show pictures of both. One spot on back side of bed under the tailgate. Second spot is on the underside of the hood, can only see when you open up hood to work on engine. As you can see from pictures this truck shine up very nice. The one I did when I bought the truck was put the wheels and tires on it. I probably put about 8000 miles on this set of tires. Interior is also in good shape. As you can see in the pictures the seat has a tear in it where the driver sits. That is the only bad spot in the interior. I add the kenwood CD player in also.
