This truck was in an accident. It lost it's steering box and went into a guardrail. The whole left side was hit, from the front bumper all the way to the rear wheel. The insurance company salvaged it, I bought it back from them. Since buying the truck, I had a new steering box from the dealer put on, at the same time, new ball joints, steering tie rod ends, and an allignment done to the truck. When I got the truck I got an estimate of $3000. to bring it back to original, the estimate was from a professional body shop here in town. I have since replaced the front door (used white) and a brand new fender, professionally painted, also, I installed a new headlight housing, and haven't done anything with the rear door or bed. I have been driving it around like that with no problems. The dent in the cab door, doesn't affect it at all, the door open and closes fine, sheet metal damage. There is a small dent in the passenger front door and 2 parking lot dings on the right side of the truck. The truck is registered in AZ. Everything works fine and it runs great. I love this truck. It runs smooth and is fun to drive. The only problem is that my wife can't drive a manual, I tried to teach her, and it didn't end well. I also have a replacement rear door (with a small dent) that comes with the sale. The VIN number is on the rear door, so that's the reason I haven't installed it yet.
