THE RAREST X90 ~ ONLY 477 in 1998 USA market. Florida car. Offered for the collector and one of the last produced and imported. 1998 X90 SUZUKI SUV Concept Hybrid RWD. The first Smart Car, urban City / commuter mini hybrid SUV. Full frame heavy duty Truck design not an inferior car platform crossover, rear wheel drive, solid driveshaft live axle not an inferior front wheel drive. Length 3,710 mm (146 in) Width 1,695 mm (66.7 in) Height 1,550 mm (61 in) Curb weight 1,100 kg (2,400 lb) Car is mechanically sound, no hidden or undisclosed mechanical problems, crisp brakes, stiff clutch, cold AC and all working features, 5speed syncro mesh downshifts perfectly, daytime running lights, original jack and glass roof shade inserts. Rear wheel drive and a 1.6 L Inline 4cylinder, 16-valve engine which produces 95 hp (71 kW). This is the 5-speed manual version. Air conditioning is ICE COLD; Blaupunkt aftermarket AM FM CD player. Dual air bags and anti-lock brakes. The suspension is MacPherson struts and coil springs in front and coil springs with wishbone and trailing links in the rear. The tires are Kumho, the wheels are the optional aluminum 15" rims, not the lesser cap covered steel wheels. Power windows work, power door locks work, central locking works, LED third brake light spoiler, all functional items work and this car is original, all body numbers match. Seats are vinyl, not inferior cloth. The windshield is brand new (and rare as hell to find), no stone chips and perfect night vision with no sand stars! Includes the interior TTop removable shades; original vinyl pouches for each TTop and original owners' manual. There is a new lens provided for the passenger side headlight (and rare as hell to find). Minor hood bump and soft bumper blemish. No damage beneath the surface; purely cosmetic from being bumped by the coach while towed; a sharp turn caused the tow-behind car to jump its hitch, damn shame but my fault. Commensurate with age, minor surface blemish dings but NO RUST anywhere, smooth finish, minor Florida sun fade. Please ask any questions. I am located outside Pensacola Florida along the Gulf Coast- Orange Beach, Perdido Key. Personal inspections welcomed and encouraged. This car has been bought and sold by various seniors in my snowbird community for their RV travels, it is NOT youth abused. Iinspection of the engine and drivetrain shows modest wear and not recently detailed to hide true daily driver condition! The X-90 was initially a concept show car with wide praise from the public, thus produced in LIMITED RELEASE, LIMITED PRODUCTION. A total of 7,205 X-90s ever imported to the US; half sold in 1996, 2,087 in 1997 and just 477 in 1998. 484 imported to Australia in 1996. **even rarer options: RV equipped front tow bar receiver 'tow along' hitch frame mounted and rear receiver hitch for package shelf. ** please note: Mileage driven is MUCH LESS than shown! This vehicle has been used by RV Coach senior citizens as a seasonal second vehicle, towed behind their motor home for cross country trips, thus the front tow bar hitch, frame mounted. This car freewheeled behind a motorhome, thus the odometer ticked off added mileage while being towed behind. Actual driven miles is far less. This is not a mileage disclaimer for true miles shown and documented, just to help you understand its driven mileage is much less thus.
