This is an auction for my 1991 Land Rover 110. Formerly a military BATUS, FFR Land Rover, military registration 70KJ91. Vehicle is in perfect working order and is free of any defects. PLEASE NOTE THAT DUE TO VEHICLES AGE IT IS TOO YOUNG TO BE REGISTERED IN THE US. VEHICLE SPECIFICATIONS: ENGINE: 2495cc 12J 4 cylinder normally aspirated diesel. 65.5 bhp @ 4000rpm. 113lb ft at 1800rpm. 5 bearing crank. Perfect working order with new seals, injectors, fully reconditioned injection pump, belts etc. Compression at each cylinder is as follows 1-410psi, 2-415psi, 3-415psi, 4-410psi. Engine is cooled by a standard Defender radiator and separate oil cooler. A new thermostatically controlled Kenlowe "Jet Boost" has been installed. Driven normally you can expect 26 MPG. Vehicle has a top speed of 130 KPH but much prefers to cruise at 100KPH. CHASSIS: Perfect, standard and unrepaired. Protected with Chassis Saver paint. GEARBOX: LT77 5 speed manual. Permanent 4WD with manual diff lock and high/low ratio. Remote breathers fitted to gear and transfer box. New 3 piece, heavy duty clutch installed. Free from any defects. No crunching or jumping out of gear. AXLES: Fully overhauled with new bearings, gaskets and seals. New Railko bushes and pins up front. Gaiter protected, perfect front swivels. Remote breathers and standard 3.54 ratios. Finished in Chassis Saver paint. Front axle has larger, armoured 3mm diff pan. Standard 110, Salisbury at rear. SUSPENSION: New polybushes throughout. Heavy duty springs all round. New Armstrong shock absorbers. BRAKES: Fully overhauled system. Standard dual circuit, servo assisted. New stainless steel Goodridge flexible hoses. STEERING: Original LHD manual box. Light and precise. Fully overhauled system. MILEAGE: 112000 KMS. For mileage figure I have multiplied this figure by 0.6214 BODYWORK: The aluminum alloy bodywork does show some signs of its previous life in various conflicts around the globe. It is however a very straight ex-military Land Rover. Finished in tough, urethane deep bronze green. New canvas tilt. Please see photos. INTERIOR: New deluxe seat set. New inertia type belts on all 3 seats. Dashboard does show some signs of its previous life with various holes from removed bracketry. However it is complete and very useable. OTHER NEW PARTS: Halogen headlamps and bowls. All lights. Badges and decals. Lockable fuel cap. One piece door seals. Block heater. Wipers. Bulkhead and windscreen seals. Tailgate hinges. Battery. QUESTIONS : Heater is excellent in both cab heat and defrost. Vehicle is totally reliable and distance is no problem. I am happy to help with collection/delivery instructions.
